Our philosophy of care for residents and their families near Laceby and Grimsby.
We aim to provide holistic care, fully involving residents and relatives, with in-depth planning and constant evaluation to meet physical, social and emotional needs on an individual basis.
We strive to preserve dignity, respect, individuality, privacy and the right to fulfilment, recognising that each resident's needs are different.
Residents and relatives can influence the menu, activities and other aspects of the home through regular meetings run by the manager.
I was made welcome the moment I arrived, which was very reassuring, the meals were better than I made at home. The staff were very helpful in every way and very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend it to anyone.
My mother was admitted to Cloverdale for respite care and was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. I could not have asked for better care. I cannot thank them enough for the care and attention they gave her.
My stay at the Cloverdale Care Home was very good. Food, staff and personnel were very polite, helpful and the home was very clean. I have no hesitation to visit Cloverdale again.
The home is open for visitors at any time, but to meet the Care Home Manager we advise booking an appointment.
